Return & Exchange Policy
The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated within 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.
Note: Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
In case of damage:
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else The Epicstyle will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. The Epicstyle will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
